Resolderd the crystal and reflowed every ic and zd on logic board. Still nothing.
Hate this multilayer pcbs, can't really find my way from pin 109 to jumper 9 :/

At D713 / 712 and so on there is some fast 3 pin switching diods: http://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datashe...BD301LT1G.html
Gonna test them in circut with multimeter later.

Just to let people with the same problems know:

(I've read about similar problems on a polish site where the memory ic were corrupt, but that's to much hassle - so I caved in and just bought a used video controller card on ebay for a total of 13 dollars.
Works like a charm now!

And once again - thx everybody for all the help!
