Looking for information on BE341V transistor

I have a Dell monitor with backlight problem. It uses a pair of BE341V transistors. I have not been able to find any information. I think one of them is bad. See picture attached.

is not a transistor. and 'a dual mosfet

            CRT Oscilloscope repair
            by pavithra_uk
I received two GW Insteak GOS-622G 20Mhz Analog CRT oscilloscopes to repair. both have shorted transistors and fried resistors in Y plate drive circuit.

since both have same issue, I want to find if this common issue with this scope or any other cause. here I attached schematic of Y output circuit.

C2570 Transistor. this is Gigahertz range low power transistor (VCBO-25V, VCEO-12V, 50mA) for use in VHF/UHF range. but, that transistor here in the circuit of 160V supply. both scopes have both this transistor fried.

            Retro DC Bench Power Supply
            by Brendon@aa
Hi, pretty new to repair and have an OLD benchtop DC power supply with no output. There is no voltage showing on the volt meter display however the current meter is full scale at 5a when on the 2a limit setting and 1.35a when on the 500ma setting.

230V AC is making it past the fuse and into the main transformer - a yellow pair on the secondary has 30VAC on it, Brown pair 37V, there is what I think is a centre tap coming from the main transformer in green that has 15V and 20V respectively from the yellow and brown windings.
From there the power dives into what looks like a control...

            Marantz PM34 amplifier repair advise
            by Nevillet
            Hi All,

I have a Denon PM34 HiFi amplifier that presented with no output on the right channel.

On examination the main drive Darlington transistor pair was faulty together with a smaller NPN driving them.

I've obtained the matching transistors but have not soldered them in place and would like some advise before I do:

            The faulty componants are:
            Q762 2SD1894 Darlington NPN
            Q764 2SB1254 Darlington PNP
            Q752 2SC3419 NPN

My question is why did they blow in the first place and are there any componants I should...

            Original Xbox 1.0 PSU: Foxlink FTPS-0002 Rev. B. — 12 V low, 5 V high — transformer?
            by ohren
            Hello!

I'm looking at an original Xbox PSU: Foxlink ftps-0002 rev. B. The 12 V output is too low, and the 5 V output is too (?) high. Unfortunately I don't have an oscilloscope but only a DMM for diagnosis.

            Measured voltages with no load:

            After rectifier diodes
            12V: 6.17 V
            5V: 5.67 V

Secondary transformer pins AC measurement (really don't know if this says anything)
            12V: 2-2.5 V
            5V: 1.04 V

I also have another (working) Xbox psu from Delta. The same measures there, in order, being: 10.79,...

Denon AVR 1908, High pitch noise on Surround back Left channel after long overhaul
            by karatzdi
            Hello,

I know some might say... just buy another one. Sell it as parts..!

So had this AMP for quite some time. Recently I saw light smoke coming out of the AMP. Had my fire extinguisher close by. Just kidding. Turned immediately all devices off from mains.
Let things cool a bit, and opened up the amp device. I clearly saw on the main board which hosts the 5X amp (5.1), 3 10 ohms 1W resistors had their leads looking black, while the rest of the remaining 2 x 10 ohms were brownish as being installed from factory.

Spent some time downloading the Service...
