The problem is the samsung magic color chip , you have to change that.

Sa traiesti tibi ma bucur ca esti roman si ne putem ajuta. am mai avut monitoare samsung generatie mai noua , este chip defect magic color.

Poate e mai bine, sa scriem in engleza, ca si alti sa inteleaga.
This chip is available and by replacing it, it will just work? No need for flashing or anything like that?

yes, only change the chip , this problem is on multiple monitors, S23A350H is one of them.

Appears vga , hdmi , no signal , when plug in , monitor off , if remove cable, appears vga or hdmi no signal. i try another memory file ,no result.

With the A series, you can do a firmware update, through the VGA cable, but for this monitor, there is no available firmware.

I try , not working, no update need. did not solve my problem.

With the A series, the monitor is working, just won't detect the input signal. If there is another issue, than most likely, a firmware update won't fix it.

Found the IC and ordered it from China, of course.
I will let everybody know of the outcome.

The outcome is not good, I messed up the traces, when I have tried removing the IC. I had to heat it way to much, to be able to remove it.
I had to scrap that board and I have put the monitor away for a while.
Not to long ago, I have found a controller board kit on aliexpress, that connected to the Samsung LCD it will make it work.
This is a diy job, because the board(s) won't fit in the metal cage. There are (more)buttons then the original Samsung one.

There is another kit, that has even more features, but I just need it as a monitor.
I have plugged everything in and it's working great. It needs a 12V power supply, though. The original Samsung won't work. I don't know, how many amps it needs yet.
Most likely, I will use stand-offs and install the main board against the back cover. The inverter, I will just tape it to the LCD and the button board, I still have to figure out how to mount it.
