Lenovo laptop display isn’t working

Hello,

I've inherited a laptop from my brother as he's bought another.

However, the screen isn't displaying correctly. See the image for the full picture.

He mentioned that it wasn't instant - it progressively got worse over time, and it used to sometimes work by tilting the laptop. Although, it looks completely broken now.

It's worth noting that the laptop screen seems a little loose.

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

The screen is broken. 100%.
The impact started on the right side in the bottom of it.

You have to replace screen.

That sux,,, smashed screen. There is no fixing the old screen, needs an replacement.
