Samsung 244T monitor won't turn on

Hello,

I have a samsung 244T monitor, which was not turned on recently. What I did is replace some bulked capactors on power board, no change. It still not powering up, no light, etc. So, I purchased a used power board from ebay and replace it. Still, no change. Can anyone give some advise if the drive board on my monitor goes wrong? Or is there any easy way to identify if the drive board is working or not? This is a good monitor, so I want to spend some time to check if it can be fixed or not.

Thanks for your reply. I took some pictures. The first 4 are my old power board and the new one purchased from ebay. The last one is the drive board. Any ideas?

it looks you have a burnt ic in the last picture, on the logic board upper right.

I loaded more pictures for this drive board and want to make sure this is the one you refered. Curious to ask, how did you find the IC component from top right area was burned, it seemed fine to me. Can you give some comments in more details? Thanks a lot!
