Probably a replacement Screen panel,looks like one or more of the flexible connectors between the Screen and the T-Con Board have failed. -

Open it up and post apicture of the back of the panel and connectors.
Try pressing gently on the panel connectors.Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Just in case you did not fully understand I attach a picture showing which connectors to clean and reseat and also where I wanted you to try pressure.

Hi, I will appreciate if I can get some advice on my problem.
- I have an Acer Aspire A315-41-R8J9, with Ryzen 5 APU (no GPU).
- The laptop can be started (blue led on) but it shows no picture (blank screen), and it looks to be somewhat active, as the fan spins, and processor gets hot.
- I visually inspected and tested some components, with no obvious issues.
- I disconnected not-essential peripherals.
- When testing PL401, I got sparks, smoke smell, and the Acer logo briefly showed in screen but then shut down.
- I tried to re-flash BIOS from USB (Fn+Esc),... -

Hello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same... -

I have this strange behaviour with Acer Aspire E5-574-52RH, i5 6200U, intel graphics, DA0ZRWMB6G0 Rev G, model ZRW.
Laptop came in for a SSD upgrade, took everything apart to install the SSD.
Everything started after modifying BIOS settings to boot UEFI instead of Legacy.
Laptop works fine, i installed windows 10 and drivers/updates, everything works ok(when it works)
The black screen problem is random, maybe 5 out 10 times, laptop remains with the black screen, no image
Symptoms are:

Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!
My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.
This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...
