I had a monitor with those same problems before. Like yours, the fuse on the t-con was good. Problem turned out to be a shorted tiny ceramic cap the secondary boosted rail on the t-con board. Fairly easy fix.
Your monitor's t-con is probably very different from mine, but if you just want to get an idea of the problem, you can find my thread here:

You should be able to spot a round inductor on your t-con. The area of interest on the t-con is usually around that inductor. I suggest you take several pictures: one of the whole t-con board, and several close-ups of the area around the round inductor.
Also, as a very primitive test, power on the monitor and see if anything gets hot on the t-con board, especially any ICs and diodes in the area of the round inductor. You may have to cycle the power to the monitor on and off a few times for this. Be careful, as components can get hot very quickly if there is a fault. No. If the inverter wasn't working you would have a black screen.
Triple check the seating of the cable from the signal board to the tcon, and the flex strips from the tcon to the panel. If there is a separate power cable to the tcon check that too.

Hi,
i have a samsung 2693HM with white scren when it powers off, already replaced all caps on the power board and still the same result, cheched the fuses on T-CON board and all ok.
Is it possibel taht the inverter board is bad, i changed the caps on the inverter board too?

To ask here... I have few devices with white screen problem, actualy nokia 2220 and some fuji? camera, and try to understand what is common problem to cause that issue.
Yes, both devices work everything else probably ok, I mean, I hear intro melody and keypress click sound, DTMF tone, power on off... all ok.
On desk is nokia 2220 slide, and I check all screen connectors and components arround it, measure voltage drop, but all looks ok. I suspect on slide flex cable, but it look ok and white screen is not interupt while flexing board, pushing conectors, and sliding up down. In attachment... -
Hi , I've recently replaced the screen in my Samsung galaxy ao2s, at first it wouldn't even turn on, it had the charging symbol on the screen when plugged in but the green circle wasn't going around to show it charging....
Ive eventually managed to get it on and working but it's very temperamental...
The battery icon always reads as 50% , when the phone goes into lock screen mode i sometimes can't get the screen back on unless I plug the charger in to get it to light up, also it keeps putting the camera app on.. u think it could be something to do with the side buttons. ...05-26-2024, 12:05 AM -
Samsung UN55J6200AFXZA Splash Screen Comes up, goes out, screen flashes one time and then tv won't turn off.
No picture. No sound that I can tell. Backlights are on and have been checked. Flashlight test no image on screen. I replaced the Eprom chip hoping that was the problem but nothing changed.

Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!
My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.
This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...
