I don't know about the transformer, but I see a cap marked with "GF" - most likely Samxon GF. Those are known bad series from Samxon. I would suggest you replace that first and see what happens from there. Samxon GF are entry-level low ESR, so anything like Panasonic FC, Nichicon PW and PM, and United Chemicon LXY and LXZ will work. Nichicon HE and United Chemicon KY will more than likely work too.

I will not replace any caps on this board until I can find a transformer one of them you can see a burnt mark on the side of it......it's so bad that the board below it has a black mark on it where it had gotten real hot once
