    Here are some more pictures !!
    I wil do the voltage measurements in a few minutes !
    Just in case you're wondering the 16 pins IC (ICM801) has a number on it :

    I will need a picture of the bottom side of the power supply. the picture of the top is excellent, something equivalent of the bottom would be helpful.

    Also, ICM801? (the 16 pin IC) is the SMPS controller for the main supply. Pin 1 is in the upper left corner, and pins are numbered counterclockwise. Pin 4 is Gnd, I am interested in the voltages on pins 5, 9, and 15.

    Pin 1 is OCP (Over Current Protect). The change in voltage indicates the standby power supply is putting out more current.
    Pin 2 is Vcc.
    Pin 4 is the feedback (Indicates if the power supply output voltage is too low or too high).
    Pin 5 is the startup voltage. The change in voltage indicates the PFC front end is working.

    All of these readings indicate the standby SMPS, and the standby processor are working properly, and the signal to turn on the main power supply is being received by the power supply. Now it's time to troubleshoot the main supply.

    OK, I did some measurements as per

    Post number 9 by Plainbill and I have a different results:

    With monitor turned On

    Between pin 3 and 1: 0.02v
    Between pin 3 and 2: 16.4v

    The input connector labelled Micom is labelled S_B on the output connector of the power supply and yes I have 5.21V on that one

    I could possibaly be wrong, but i think the pin Micom is the standby voltage?

    In the link that alexanna provided, post #6, one of the pins on the connector is labeled S_B. I believe this is the standby voltage. It should read approx. 5V. Are you at least reading that?

    Well, I have 3.2v on the Power en when the monitor in turned On, and 0v on the power EN when the monitor is turned off.
    Maybe my last post is not really clear:
    Power EN:3.22v/0v means monitor On:3.22v, monitor Off:0v

    The Power EN 3.2V is missing,that is what will request the 5.3V and 24 V. to turn on
    at this point I am not sure why its missing

    With the monitor switched ON/Switched Off:

    24v Det: 0.12v/0.01v
    pwm dim: 0.06v/0v
    Brt_ctl:0.06v/0v
    A_dim:0.13v/0v
    Bl_en:0.11v/0v

    5.3v:0.26v/0v
    5.3v:0.26v/0v

    That's what I thought.
    There are 3 threads open on this P/S now.
    On the connector going to the logic board, there should be a p/s on and a 5.3v. Pins
    I don't know for sure if 24v is on that connector but if it is measure it.
    What voltages do you measure?
    Do the 2 capacitors near that connector appear domed to you?
