Dell UltraSharp LCD

Dear friends,
I am here again and I know I will surly get help.
I have old Dell UltraSharp LCD but it does not have Model on but this what I found Model No.1800fp, Fcc ID BEJLD80H
The problem with this monitor is that it does not coming up.
Appreciate your help.

Thank you jetadm123, I have read and taken some tests on the broad, there was 324v dc across the large cap but no voltage on signal connector side, it all read 0.00v but on the broad is 5 and 12v dc
There was a dry joint on D906 and D903 which I have re solder.

2ASOI 8 PIN IC 47uf and 33uf in middle of supply Replace all three if you do not you may blow the IC even if caps look good replace. Check fuse sometimes when IC goes out it also blows the fuse
