I have done the measuring all over again and it seem that the IC is bad with according to the datasheet , this morning It read 5.9v on the pin 3 and pin 6 was generating high voltage.

The voltage across the large capacitor is 321.9V
The IC has this part number DA 29CK and GMO 565R

Dear friends,
This monitor came in this morning with no power. This is Samsung SyncMaster B2330; I have checked the fuse and others things all look fine no bad capacitors.
I have checked the voltage going to the signal card CN802 but all comes out 0.00V that show that there is voltage going there. The IC871 and F911S all are fine.
Please help me on this one?

Dear Brothers,
This is another monitor Samsung Samtron 74V it came in with two capacitors bad, the capacitors has been replaced but the problem now is that the backlight is always on when I power off from the panel, unless I put it off from the mains before the screen goes off.

Samsung Syncmaster 740n nothing on screen
Dear friends,
I have a Samsung Sync master 740n that showed the led but nothing screen.
During the troubleshooting I found out that three capacitors of 820mf 25v and one 3A pico fuse were bad.
All the bad parts are been replaced but still the same, only the led light on.
Please what next should I do?

Thank you jetadm123, I have read and taken some tests on the broad, there was 324v dc across the large cap but no voltage on signal connector side, it all read 0.00v but on the broad is 5 and 12v dc
There was a dry joint on D906 and D903 which I have re solder.

There are five Sam Young capacitors
And one each of NXB and Rubycon capacitors

The two ICs circled in yellow, are IC601 has S02 K41and IC602 has S01 K51.
The three components circled in orange are BD401, BD402 and R616
The two components circled in red. There are Q601 and Q602 which has SKW 04 on them.
Now to my test and the out comes.
Pin 1 0.00
Pin 8 7.0
Pin 9 0.00
When I did test again the front light come up and can not go off again and this is the voltage.
Pin 1 3.25
Pin 8 0.0
Pin 9 3.00
I hope I did not screw up board.
