It looks good to me, but PCBONEZ should probably have the final word.

Please post a picture of the finished work after you replace the caps.

      Oh don't be bashful retiredcaps.
You have the caps stuff down and you know WAY more than I do about monitors.

I do see one problem but it isn't the cap choice, it's logistics.
The minimum quantity for Panasonic TS-UP is 4,000 pieces.

I usually use these [KG series] for 50v caps under 6.8uF
[They are extra small so they fit anywhere but they have really good ripple ratings for caps with that low of uF.]

      Panny FC is also good.

        Success!!

And a few notes, the 100 uF 450V replacement Capacitor leads were to short, I extended them. I forgot to leave the face of my monitor bezel on a towel and so I scuffed it up a bit (lightly). I hope a bit of plastic polish will take out the scuffs, but the main thing is that it works and no flickering!

Thank you all for the advice and words of wisdom!

DSC_6569_edit.jpg is a view of the bad caps. The other two images are the new caps soldered and in place and ready to install.
