It depends on what you are looking for. Benq used the same design based on a Royer oscillator in most of the monitors they manufactured for Dell and HP. An example of one is here. Of course, the identifier numbers will change from version to version, and even component values.
Elektrotanya has schematics ans service manuals for many devices. Because of the way monitors are manufactured, locating the exact schematic for a given monitor is very difficult. Often the same monitor model number monitor will have major differences internally, depending on when and by whom it was manufactured.

Normally, I never post repairs this quick after I do them, because… I am usually very slow.
But today, I’m making an exception here. Why? No idea. Perhaps only because the repair details are still “fresh” in my head… which is ironic, given this is a 16 year old monitor that hardly anyone will care about today. It is new to me, though.

Benq T902DHA monitor when press power button its work good but turns off after 5 minutes ( power led off ) just when i plug any display source -

Does someone has the test points \ schematics for lg eax65543115 ( 22" version, lg led monitor)
Or any ideas how to troubleshoot it?
The screen turns on for like 10 seconds, then goes off ( kinda protection triggered, as it goes off like you've been pressing the power button)
, but the cpu gets hot quickly within those 10 seconds , AND STAYS HOT EVEN WHEN IT'S OFF
I'm suspecting it gets over voltage \ current and triggers some OV \ OC PROTECTION but hopefully it's not too late ( that the chip is broken)
NOTE that it's a trashpicked monitor... -
Hi there.
Looking for schematics or service manual for BenQ th585 projector. Can't find it anywhere.
My friend tried to clean it and knocked off quite few components of the board. Hdmi area is affected so no signal from both hdmi but VGA works fine.I saw some photos of boards from AliExpress but there is no way to know what values them components are. Can send some photos if required. Thanks for help -

Lately I am experiencing the deja-vu incident on one of the led monitor like this.

The monitor will randomly blackout and display no signal and will recover again.
Sometimes need to power and off again to restore the display but...
