Re: SDT-S-112DMR relay - where to buy in qty = 1

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I'm working on this as time and the weather permits. Summer is a precious commodity here in Canada. If it is sunny outside, I'm outside. Today it is pouring rain.

I decided to post a few pictures to make it easier for everyone (since it is raining, the quality of the pics isn't great).

I'm having a tough time taking apart the board connectors. They are shown in 2 pictures and I cannot figure out how to release the connectors so I can remove the input PCB board.

I tried using a pen (blue marks) to depress the "latches", but they won't budge. I tried a small flat blade screwdriver. From the schematics, that board should come apart from the input PCB board.

Once I get that board connector off, I can access the main PCB and test all the components in question.

It may not be those 'latches' which move, it may be the other half of the assembly which is pushed out.

Depending on the design you may need to release both connectors at once.

If the board still won't move, check it's not bolted on to something else somewhere...

looking at Your pictures, it looks like they are soldered together.
The board to the right is the connectorboard to the Main PCB.
To remove the Input PCB follow the step <9> on page 19 of Your servicemanual.

Came across your post looking for more info on a problem with a HK avr125. Have you found a solution.

          Found this article

          http://www.fixya.com/support/t249647-no_speaker_outputs

Apparently no 15v is getting to the ic's because a bad cap (possibly) is blowing out two fusible resistors.

Someone else actually fixed it and it was Q901 that was bad.

              Repair Success! Middle Atlantic UPS2200R-IP
              by valvashon
Yesterday I successfully repaired a Middle Atlantic UPS2200R-IP that had inadvertently been used as a surge suppressor at our transmitter site. It has already been replaced with an updated one but it's coming home with me now instead of being e-cycled. To be specific, this is the MA model that has the blue backlit display and has been discontinued, although this design may have been used in many UPS units including the smaller Middle Atlantic ones in this series.

Here's what happened: We experienced a brownout/surge at the site, which damaged the UPS and took our broadcasting...

              9V relay temperature 40C
              by jm1234
Hi, I'm seeing one 9V relay having temperature 40C on its 9V (primary) side. Does that seem right? I switched 2 relays on that board and the temperature was the same (on the same position), so I'm sure it's not a faulty relay. I measured voltage on that relay and it was 9.5V DC, so that looks good. I don't see any other relay on that board having that kind of temperature and they have 9V on them too.
I thought maybe the transistor that is switching this relay keeps switching on/off, so I also checked for AC and there was almost none: 0.3V using mV range. No steady frequency was shown, but...

Biomass Boiler not driving cleaner motor relay. ENERTRES BIOMASA BI-650
              by edugimeno
              Hi everyone!
I have this board that suddenly stopped supplying power to an output that drives an interchanger cleaner motor.
I checked while the board was in place with all wires attached and there's no AC voltage on the corresponding plug X5
This X5 is driven by fuse F8 (tested OK) which comes from the second orange relay
To make sure there are no charcoaled contacts inside the relay, I got a 24VDC power supply and got it ready to manually power up the coil side of these relays.
I respected the polarity, positive to cathode of protecting diode
              So provided all...

Mitsubishi CNC switching power supply board dead / relay board bad diode failure
              by sam_sam_sam
I was working on this CNC machine today found no keyboard functioning no control relay powering on
The screen powered on and was giving an operation error but the manual was not very clear about what the error exactly was but with a little bit of troubleshooting and finding out that the control relays not powering on and no keyboard functions we narrowed down to this one switching power supply which of course does not have any indicator LED light they are on the keyboard interface/relay controller board

Found shorted diodes on main controller relays there are 3 of them that...

wireless receiver for 6 speeds fan control with remote control
              by wolf1976
hi i have a receiver that is destroyed from the overvoltage i guess
my question is has three wires u v w for driving a motor fan i found an other receiver wireless from aliexpresss with the same propertiew but for dc motor
the motor fan has not label
i have an other receiver operational
In your opinion can i measure the voltage at the output ?
what do you suggest me with a simple instrument multimeter or using someone instrument more specific ?
              thanks in advance...
