Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I'm working on this as time and the weather permits. Summer is a precious commodity here in Canada. If it is sunny outside, I'm outside. Today it is pouring rain.
I decided to post a few pictures to make it easier for everyone (since it is raining, the quality of the pics isn't great).
I'm having a tough time taking apart the board connectors. They are shown in 2 pictures and I cannot figure out how to release the connectors so I can remove the input PCB board.
I tried using a pen (blue marks) to depress the "latches", but they won't budge. I tried a small flat blade screwdriver. From the schematics, that board should come apart from the input PCB board.
Once I get that board connector off, I can access the main PCB and test all the components in question.
