5.20 Ohm at room temperature is bad, the spec is rated at 0.09 Ohms Min. to 0.29 Ohms Max at room temperature.
You can solder in 0.75A fuses in place for testing for now.

I don't quite understand what should I do with the fuse, should I unplug it and try it? or what?

I suggest to use regular fuse to perform the test for now until you receive the new fuse, you should also check the resistance of the new fuse before and after you solder it in (you have to wait for the fuse to cool down first after soldering then check the resistance).
Also read page 141 of the fuse spec sheet regarding to reflow and rework.

You also need to check the resistance with ref to GND on those test points I marked BEFORE you try to power up the unit again.

I try, it will be difficult for me to identify those points on the real card, unfortunately I have a bit of difficulty in interpreting those points from the diagram you sent me, you could be kind enough to point them to me on the photo of the real card thanks

I will need good clear straight shots of the whole top side of the board to start with.
BTW, do not replace that 8V regulator that you thought it is bad.

I am a little confused here since in the other post I ask you to check the test points ad indicated in the service manual way back in my post #10.

My post #10: "There are many power supplies on that receiver unit, look at page 14, 15, 19, 20 of the service manual, it shows you the Voltage test points that you need to check. Did you check them?"

So you never did perform those tests since now you are telling me you do not understand how to get to those test points?

OK then since you are are able to test those test point on page 14 as I asked before in my post #10, then just use the same test points you did per page 14 but check the resistance this time instead.

BTW, page 29 and 31 of the service manual shows the location of the test points on the board.

Yes, you will test the resistance of each one of the test points, hopefully we will not find any shorts or very low Ohms readings.

In the afternoon I will test the points you asked me on page 29 of the service manual, I think it is useless to test those of the board on page 31 because that is the RF Board and it is a separate body of the Main Board and even without RF Board connected the problem is the same present

If you cannot really do those tests, you can just try installing the new fuse and see what happen.
