    Transistor for Pre-Out NAD T763

Hi everyone, I need to change a pre-out plate transistor, RN1241A, but I can not find the same, someone can suggest an equivalent..

That transistor is unique because it has a built-in base resistor ("RN"), and is for audio muting.

I would use a transistor for muting applications and add a series base resistor, if you can't find it:

      2SC3326
      2SC2878 (popular TO-92)
      2SD1468
      2SC4213 (SC-70)

        Thanks, thanks, thanks.....

The 2sc2878 is easily found in Brazil, it will be my choice, just confirm the value of the resistor in the base, put of 5.6k?

          That would be it.

            Transistor Equivalent
            by Med-Tech
Hello, quick question. I am looking for an equivalent Transistor for a 9Bt. Not been able to find anything of use online, therefore I m reaching out to you all. I have found this 9bt is a MMBTRA109SS.

            Thanks for looking and assistance.

            Equivalent for A965 transistor
            by MirceaL
            Hi Guys,

I am currently working on fixing an active subwoofer and found 2 bad transistors. One is A965 and the other one is C1815.

C1815 is easy to find but A965 not so much , at least where I live (Romania).

Can anyone help me identifying an alternative / equivalent for this , A965, transistor ?
Is there an online tool / engine that I can use that could help in this ?

            Thank you
            Mircea

2SB633 PNP transistor equivalent suggestions Marantz PM310
            by Nevillet
            Hi All,
I have a 30+ year old Marantz PM310 that is blowing fuses. It appears that one of the output transistors (Q732) is shorted (Q731 is fine). It's a 2SB633 which does not seem available from the usual suppliers. Is there a more modern equivalent which would do the job?

            The complimentary NPN (Q729 & Q730) is a 2SD613.

I have attached the service manual.
            Many thanks.

Behringer Eurolive B205D repair - help identifying transistor
            by magneh
            Hello
Got this speaker from a friend , defective. Power led comes on and off , in a loop.
Disassembled, got the board out, and after a bit of measuring I found a low resistance on a 5v6 line. With a bit of current I found a transistor heating up on that line (labeled T1 and 113 as on pic).
After removing this guy, I got a value of 0.7 in diode mode on that 5v6 line, which before had 0.02 or something like that.

I tested powering it up without the IC, and the speaker turns on and stays on, and works fine

Still, I need to replace this transistor....

hi people, i need some help to identify a transistor(q14) that is missing on the board, so the gpu has no voltage i think that q14 activate the phases for gpu, but i dont have schematic or boardview, but i think its the same transistor than q15 and q16, thanks...
