Mackie 1400i

Hi guys got this one from a coworker to fix, downloaded a great service manual (major props to Mackie for actually wanting these to be fixed)
after testing I have a big list of replacement parts but had a question about the resistors on the base of the main transistors, about half of them are open. The SM specs them as 2.2 ohm .25 watt fusible and I am having a difficult time sourcing a replacement. Is it safe to use a regular metal film resistor in this instance?
Also one of the main filter caps has a reddish substance on the top that looks like it is leaking but seems to pass other tests, they are on back order until march. I'm not positive if its bad or not anyone seen similar leakage from these? I'm wondering as it doesn't look like the electrolyte I normally see leaking?

You can use MOX Flame proof resistor for the 2.2 Ohms.

Still coming up empty, closest thing I can find is 1/3 watt. Im not sure how close the tolerances have to be on these? I do have a gob of mox resistors, but not sure if they are flameproof, I guess I could try to burn one up and see if it flames or not.

Metal Oxide resistors are Flame proof.
1/3 Watt will be fine, that is an odd Wattage rating.
