I have a Onyx Studio that doesn't power on. No components look visually damaged. I noticed that BT_3.3V was only at ~3.0v, after some measuring around, I found that L600 had ~3.3v coming in but only ~3.0v going out. I bypassed it for testing with a small jumper, now BT_3.3V measures at ~3.275v, but the speaker still doesn't work. Battery is fully charged at almost exactly 4.2v. I tried removing C306 but it didn't seem to change anything. Any other ideas where to look?

Plugging the USB port into my laptop and running `lsusb` doesn't show the speaker, not sure if this info helps.

U701 is probably faulty, or C706 shorted?

Well, more likely one of those 4 caps is shorted out or the IC itself. I would carefully remove hose caps one at a time to see if the shorts will go away.

Check the RESISTANCE between the two legs of C713 (the smallest cap of the four caps) to see what it shows. Make sure to report if the reading is in Ohm, K Ohm, or M Ohm.
BTW, that black carbon on the board should be removed, it is conductive.
C713 = 0.6 Ohm, but i have only usual multimeter now.

Black carbon will be removed certainly, i have not started the repair, only wiped with alcohol.

I wish you will show the pictures of the board after clean up.
You need to verify if there are any shorted circuit before even trying to locate the replacement inductor.

The burnt component is L701. It's an inductor, not a capacitor. See photos posted earlier in the thread.
