fiat stilo no fm signal on the radio

cd work ok, but not fm radio station only searching on display!!
whether someone opened the radio and trying to find what's the problem?

what type of antenna?
is it a "real" type of does it use the rear window heater element?
because there may be a booster that needs 12v near the window.
