    ONkyo TX-NR626 Check SP Wire

I have picked up this receiver with this fault showing for like two seconds and shuts off.
I have found the bad final transistors at channel SBL and bad 0.22Ohm resistor, so I have cut there terminal and the receiver turned on.
Now I'm looking at bad components and I have found a transistor on the pre-amp section with these markings and I don't know which transistor would this be?
    FR 15.
    I'm attaching some pictures.
I can't find schematics for this receiver.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Running out of Ideas, hoping someone smart can provide some for my ONKYO TX-SR353 Receiver
    by CDNBrewer
    Hello Everyone,

I have an Onkyo TX-SR353 Audio/Video Receiver (5.1 ch with HDMI) that I am having a really hard time diagnosing and I'm about to throw this in the junk and go buy a new unit that is on sale until the 7th.

    Symptoms:
    • Intermittent (part of the reason why i'm having a hard time isolating problem), sometimes will work for 10+h at a time without issue
    • Original symptom was wife reported loud banging noise (like someone was banging on the wall with their fists) from the LEFT SURROUND speaker and then the unit shut off.
    • I swapped the Left and Right surround

Help with blowing transistor NAD T752 receiver
    by rddube
    Hello everyone,

I guess I need help from the masters to try and find what is frying a 2SC5669 transistor on the left channel of this front center Amp for a NAD T752.

Was working perfectly and all of a sudden I heard a pop, and then a glow from the amp. Not only did the 2SC5669 burn a leg, but R520 which is a 220 ohm resistor partially burned - it now measures 110 ohms.

I bought this amp second hand fairly cheap as it was not working, it went into protection mode. I finally traced it down to the same transistor Q510, the one that just popped. It was shorted...

    Onkyo TX-8050 AV-Receiver no sound
    by ai.need.help
    Hello,

I have a problem with my Onkyo TX-8050 Receiver. I got it from aftermarket and it was just delivered today.

It doesn't play music. There is no real output from:
    pre-out
    amp-out A and B
    phones out

The only real sound I hear is a humming from the speakers when I play a song from usb or select a analog source. And when stopping and starting songs from usb or switching sources, I hear a crack from the speakers.

I tested with analog-input, usb and radio.

I know that there is a common problem with...

    Onkyo TX-NR363 Check SP Wire

Hey, I have an Onkyo TX-NR636 which briefly turns on, flashes check SP wire and then shuts down.

I have followed this thread to troubleshoot https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=42365

However I have so far been unsuccessful - here is what i have done

Found shorted main transistors on Right Channel, replaced both. Replaced some shorted 0.22ohm resistors for the same channel. Checked all components on vertical board (pre-amp i think) for this channel, replaced a bunch of resistors and a couple of transistors.

    Put everything...

New wire for my RDE3340 Whirlpool electric range
    by wnlewis
OK. I got the rocker switch figured out thanks to the good advice on this forum.

Now I need to figure out the correct wire to go to the switch from the broiler element and from the oven element.

This is a Whirlpool RDE3340 electric range.

The common wire on the switch appears to have a high temperature insulating material. I am guessing that both the wire to the broiler and the wire to the oven elements also need relatively high temperature insulation. What do I need to look for? The broiler is rated at about 2400 watts.

    Where may I find parts...
