No power to old soundbar FW-1316

Hi,

I have a really old cheapo soundbar.

I noted today that it would not power on, so I thought I'd open it to see what I could find.

The model number is FW-1316

This board with the led lights, sits above the other one with the grey strap.

I was hoping there may be an internal fuse, but cannot see one.

I have no expertise, so should I try anything, or just junk it?

powered by mains or low voltage?

It is powered via 3 pin wall plug...240v

Sorry for the late reply.

I cannot seem to be able to remove the plastic housing to see more of the power supply, to be able to take a picture.

I have been trying to google some information, a schematic, a video, but so far have been unsuccessful

OK...update time.

I finally did get it all apart....hard to do.

With it all apart, and everything dangling there, I plugged it in, and bingo, it works again.

Whether there was something trapping the power button (didn't feel like it), or perhaps there was a dry joint or trapped wire, I just don't know?

Silly as it is, I'll reassemble it all, and see what eventuates?
