Behringer Eurolive B115D strange high voltage

Friend gave eurolive b115d PA speaker that wouldn't power on. I replaced a cap and it powered on. However once the metal cage that encloses the power supply board was screwed back to the control/faceplate the lights pulse on and off and no sound.

Works fine when not screwed back together.

I probed between metal cage and control/faceplate and I am getting a high voltage of 75v ac.

    Any thought always appreciated!

Probably something shorting out to gnd. Maybe a heat sink or something, due to a missing insulator or something.

Ugh, that was my original thought so I took apart again and same results. Hopefully 3 times a charm. Will meticulously look again. Thanks

put in one screw / bolt at a tune and see which one starts the problem.
