Tesla 13.7 body sculpt repair problem, need help with finding the thyristor marking.

    Hello everyone.
I have a device that is used to shape the human body muscels and burns fat. Works on the principle of electromagnetic impulses. One thyristor in side is shorted which has only this unknown mark on it ( QC230301 ). I can't find any information about it anywhere on the Internet. I tried to replace that thyristor with one of 1.6kv 800A and after 5min. of work he has burned out again, which means that he is probably weak. There is no schematic diagram on the internet, but that didn't suprise me because all the transistors and chips that are on the boards have their markings polished to protect against copying or unauthorized servicing... The device has two compartments that are separated from each other. It works so that the control panel sends a certain voltage to big caps. That voltage I cannot measure because as soon as it turns on it detects an error. This large capacitors store energy that is controlled by two thyristors at the output electrodes. The capacitors also have no marking except for the date of manufacture. Those thyristors are not very cheap, so I don't really feel like trying them without knowing exactly which one would be ok.
    Any help is welcome.

I do not want such device touching me even if it promises me that I'll be able to dead lift 1000 pounds in a day... WTF. Keep. It. Away. From. Me.

What are you actually seeing? The SCR is overheating or just shorting out? I'd probably think that the drive circuit that controls the gate is at fault if it's dying without overheating.

      Jep! One bad looking machine!
This SCR that i install was not overheated just get's shorted after 5 min. of work.

That thyristor of mine that I installed lasted only 5 minutes of operation and after that it is short-circuited. The device is about 2 years old, the warranty has just expired, but even under the warranty, one thyristor that is on the left in the picture has already been replaced, but it does not have any markings either. that one is still ok. Both the left and right sides are controlled from one board, and on it I compared the two outputs that go to the gate of the thyristor and all the measurements are identical. My current problem is that according to the marking of the original thyristor that is in the picture, I cannot find any information about how strong it is, and there are many of the same ones that look identical physically, only with different strengths...

Size of the device mainly relates to maximum current passed as the device needs to dissipate more than a watt per ampere passed - you probably are not getting a "stronger" SCR that fits in the same space, maybe only higher voltage -- voltage rating is not as significant to size. Is it connected directly to mains and controlling mains voltage? Then it would be just need to survive mains voltage? Without additional information I can only think your gate drive is likely killing it (or perhaps kickback if the controlled item is inductive? But that's what the giant diodes are for?) or the ones that broke were fakes...

What is it powering? giant transformer? Superconducting electromagnet?

Are you sure there's nothing else printed on the SCR?

          NO BODY MARKING Diode
          by dennis_elx33
          Hello Everyone,
I have 1 diode on a circuit that I suspected to be faulty because the forward and reverse bias has a voltage drop reading.
While compared to the reading of another diode from the next channel it won't read at reverse bias.
Now the problem is; it does not have any body marking.
So I tried to sketch the diagram and found out that it is connected to the base and collector of the C3632 transistor.
What do you think is this diode?
Can you please suggest what part number can i use to replace this faulty diode instead?

          Hoping that you...

          Nvidia Tesla P40 schematic/boardview
          by ocx_juergen
          Hello together,

i am struggeling with a Tesla P40 - i measured a short in the near of the ncp 81274 but there was no short -by mistake i desoldered 2 caps and a resistor and lost them in the 6th dimension.

Does anyone have a schematic/boardview for the P40 or show me maybe the values of the caps / resistor ncp81274 for pin 29 and 30 (FB and comp) or can i use the default Value from the NCP datasheet?

          regards Juergen

hi all need help with IC marking is XA2LD Sot-23-5
          by Barttech Computers
I'm trying to identify a small SOT-package IC marked "XA2LD" located near the 5V_FS rail on a logic board. The silkscreen shows it as U26/U25, and it's adjacent to components labeled R415, C232, L28, etc.

Here’s what I know so far:
          • The IC marking is XA2LD (possibly custom or abbreviated).
          • It’s likely involved in power switching or regulation (possibly a load switch or LDO).
          • The package appears to be SOT-23-5 or similar.

Nvidia Tesla P40 (Q0V80A) Enterprise GPU, I put the power cable on backwards.
          by olliec420
Ok I screwed up big time and hoping I can fix. I will break down what happened and the images.
          • Have Dell PowerEdge R730
          • Bought Tesla P40
          • Researched power cables and order correct one, pic had two black connectors in photos
          • Power cable arrived, same connectors (EPS-12v) on both ends
Both sides are the same plug but different colors. The listing stated that colors would be random. OK I plug it in, red side to riser board, black side to GPU.
          • Power on.
          • System immediately turns off.
          • I only had 1 PSU plugged in and it was blinking orange, I thought I drew too much so I plugged in
