According to the internet the wires are made of aluminum rather than copper. That coupled with the fact that its zip-tied TIGHTLY to the wire strain relief is a recipe for mechanical failure at some point. I cant imagine this unit was used very often. Probably no more than a dozen uses. I was going to replace the wires but figured its too much work for something like this. At least if it happens again I'll know what to do and how to do it.
