SOT Identification markings are MXX H8

Hi all

Anyone able to help me identify this SOT package component. I cant find a definitive answer when trying to look it up online. I believe the markings are MXX H8

The component dimensions are approx. 2mm x 1.3mm.

It could be a Diodes Inc. DMN63D8LW https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...23eccbbb69.pdf MXX is the marking code

H is the year 2020 and 8 is the month of August ,if the PCB was made after that date there`s a good chance its the right part,unless its already been replaced .
