smd package .measures roughly 4x2 mm so thinking its DO-214AC markings are SA then under it is 39 .i believe 39 to be the date code .
will see if suggestions are same as what i think it might be .

Is there a logo as well or just the marking. Can you post a picture of it .

It is likely a Vishay S1A 50v, 1A (see page 12)

S1A is the 50v diode, you can use any of the S1B,D,G,J that have a higher prv
