Anyone know what ic(U1) is that? Phisical p/n :9hHDMH
Or any equivalent ic that i can use?

It does not seem to be a good part number

That number does not look right, it may be custom IC. Did you try cleaning the top of the IC to see if you can see anything else on top of the IC? Any way, what is the board not doing?

The "LED light cannot power on due to this IC faulty and i can't find any part number on top of the IC.

I see an IR receiver module, so the IC must be a microcontroller with custom firmware.
