FKp300a mosfets.

I dont suppose anyone would know where i can buy new ones in the uk. Ive been googling all day so far i cannot seem to find any. They are for the x sus on a pioneer pdp-lx5080d i need 3 of them.

Some places seem to have used ones. If i cannot find new would it be best to buy used oe type mosfets or new new equivalent ones. Ill appreciate any advise you can give cheers.

Gainward Phantom GTX 980 - mosfets w/ integrated driver NCP5369

Hi!

Managed to get a Gainward Phantom GTX 980 in an auction for a bin with components.
No video out so I started fault finding and found a blown fuse for 3 mosfets. Started checking for shorts and found what I think is a short through all of those 3 mosfets; 0.1 ohms between "VIN" input and "VSWH" output. All mosfets in this gpu are the same ones (NCP5369) with integrated drivers and when I tried measuring the other ones through these ports they were somewhere in the kilo-ohms range.

So, could I safely assume all of these 3 mosfets are...

Pioneer VSX-859RDS with all mosfets gone

Hi,

I am working on a pioneer VSX-859. It started with only one problem but i ended up with a lot more. Probably caused by me

Anyway it started with a DSP NG message on the display. That one was easy and was caused by a bad 5v rail. Replaced the capacitors and the message was gone. Everything seems to be working except for a blob sound every time i switched from source. Eventually i tracked that down to a leaking battery on the analog board. Repaired some via's and lines and everything worked ok. That same circuit also caused a not working DCdetect protection. ...

Mosfets for P600W24V Smps

Hi, I have a 24v 600w SMPS from a cnc/engraver machine. It has stopped working, No power from the supply. I opened it up and found the main rectifier, 2 mosfets, and 2 current sence resisters all blown. I can find the bridge rectifier and resistors but not the mosfets. They have the number 600R160 on them but i searched everywhere on internet but unable to find any datasheet or info to get equivalent. The only reference I can find to 600R160 is for resetable fuses. Can anyone advise me as to what a replacement might be. I have attached photos if its any help. Thanks in advance for any info....

DELTA ADP-310AF 310W Mosfets

Hello. Does anybody know please which mosfets are in position Q1+Q3 of power board DELTA ADP-310AF 310W PSU? They are the primary mosfets connected to DAP015 driver. It's from iMac 2011 A1312.
They are blown and cannot find schematics or info...
