    pcb says "servodesign"
    and if you look at the soot all over the optocouplers from some to220 in a heatsink under and left of the transformer - thats probably the issue

      I would one step more than I would give that area a very good cleaning and I would check for part damage as well around that area as well

        You were exactly right, Thankyou, I replaced the to220 all three pins had continuity, after replacement and removal OF all soot, put board back in and its running perfectly no issues at all, lesson learnt the transformer was completely fine and it was a rookie error on my part.They have been using it the past day with no trouble at all.
