Found this N-FET (and a bridge rectifier) blasted in old Panasonic TV but I am unable to find datasheet or at least good enough info to guess what transistor can I stick in. It is in boost active PFC switching FET.
This website http://www.cybor-tech.com.pl/i89988-...-renesas-.html says it is 500V 40A, that's some crazy shit
Isn't it more like 10A, 40 peak? Here http://www.mixelec.fr/article-86439-...n-rjk5010.html they say it's 20A, that's more plausible…
Closest which may suit I have is 2SK2698…who knows how the PFC works here but the total power draw of this thing is 235 W and it has completely separated stand-by PSU (with independent rectifier, cap etc.) so I don't think there will ever be more than 15 A at 325 V in there?
