    Need RJK5010/B1DEHQ000014 info/datasheet

Found this N-FET (and a bridge rectifier) blasted in old Panasonic TV but I am unable to find datasheet or at least good enough info to guess what transistor can I stick in. It is in boost active PFC switching FET.

    This website http://www.cybor-tech.com.pl/i89988-...-renesas-.html says it is 500V 40A, that's some crazy shit Isn't it more like 10A, 40 peak? Here http://www.mixelec.fr/article-86439-...n-rjk5010.html they say it's 20A, that's more plausible…

Closest which may suit I have is 2SK2698…who knows how the PFC works here but the total power draw of this thing is 235 W and it has completely separated stand-by PSU (with independent rectifier, cap etc.) so I don't think there will ever be more than 15 A at 325 V in there?

      Can't see any in there.

I've soldered in the rectifier (got somewhat short legs so it's more soldered from the upper side but I think it will be OK), transistor and fuses, lighbulb indicated normal operation. After connecting to power grid I got some picture, probably window warning about lack of input (got the display on table so I cannot see much). Will clean the whole interior and do some testing tomorrow but it seems good.

The 2SK2698 is somewhat hot, 70 °C on the tab right after shutdown…but it should be operating up to 150 °C (even though the drain-source resistance rises significantly with temeprature) so I guess it's OK? Other than that I only got some SPP20N60C3 (TO-220F) or 18N50 N-FETs which should have lower losses but smaller package so worse heat transfer. There is probably not anything more powerfull in shops here and if so, incredibly expensive…

150c is the maximum Channel temperature (not the case temperature) which is typical for semiconductor.

It was hot like hell on the other hand it was leant on shelf with paper boxes so I expect slightly better cooling while on the stand. I'll give it back to the owner and if it dies again in future, we have a deal I will remove the PFC completely…without it it will consume like <150 W so it's nothing terrible harmonics-wise.

put a cpu-fan in the case if it's used in a bad location.

Good idea but I've already closed it and there is like 40 screws I think it will be quite better on the stand, I had it standing on shorter side, perpendicularly to internal heatsinks. Normally the air can flow through, like it did in customers living room, there were tons of dust, I've also cleaned that all.

Bridge rectifier identification part number KPB305G
                  by Steph.hen
Hi all, a newby question about a bridge rectifier I'm trying to identify.

I'm in the midst of reparing a battery charger in work which went pop, The bridge rectifier has shorted and took out a couple of other components. The rectifier in question has a part number KPB305G, and it looks like it's obsolete. Does any one know what I could replace it with?...

2+ year old TV with many (720? 65" version has 720) mini LED dimming zones. TV boots, has sound, panel picture can be seen with flashlight. No backlight. No TV model sticker on rear panel (Maybe Samsung service removed it, read below). Found the model # through the PSU and zoned LED driver board numbers.

PSU has a click near LED output circuit at 1 second interval, sounded like the 4x barrier rectifier area. Protective pastic liner under PSU shows heat signature on the Schottky Barrier Rectifier in this circuit. Found a shorted diode (2 diode per rectifier, failed rectifier labled...

Help finding datasheet for component marked G34662
                  by SoulFreeze
Hi, pulled this component, (I'm assuming it's a MosFET) from an LED COB video light. Im trying to find the datasheet so I can find an equivalent replacement but no luck. Any assistance with the datasheet would be appreciated.

Failing that, a way to pick a suitable replacement component? If it's indeed a switching fet, I'm assuming I might need to measure the switching clock frequency and find a component that meets the power capacity?

Its a pair of them driving a 130w Light. Takes in 19volts. I can borrow a scope to measure the switching freq....

I got a dead HD6950 on Ebay to try my luck and repair it. There were a few broken off capacitors that I already replaced.
Measuring the PCI-E lanes I got somewhat weird measurements, the gpu might or might not be dead.

If I plug the GPU in, the core heats up and I also get VCore but on two inductors that measure 16 and 60 Ohms respectively (Memory and PEX I guess) there is no voltage.
On one of the two buck-controllers (APW7165) the enable pin is pulled to GND and the other controller I just cannot find a datasheet for.

So if anyone has a datasheet or at least...
