SOT 23-6 marked as 7MH.....what it could be?

I am trying to repair a modeling railroad decoder because rear light remains glowing.

It's connected to a really tiny SOT23-6 chip that is marked as 7MH. Any idea what it could be? (it's a LaisDCC decoder).

    Thanks in advance,
    Francesc.

A photo of the PCB might help to identify the IC.
