    Need datasheet for NF836

Well, sometimes when I search for datasheets my brain shortcircuits and I give up.

    Got this NF836 B20H100G AKA made by ON Semiconductor I can't find a datasheet for - It's for a Asus 12V 3A psu.

Anyone who can find this datasheet ?

I believe the NF836 is the manufacturer's date code. The second line is the part number. Try MBRB20H100CT. It's rated at 100V/20A

http://www.alldatasheet.com is pretty good at making suggestions when the exact part number can't be found.

findchips.com is a good quick way to see who has it supply.

If findchips.com yields no stock, then go to ebay.com.

If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.

We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.

Ahh, I always thought the first line was the part number - Thanks

I'm rather careful not to open pdf's at all datasheet pages that comes up in google - I guess some of these pages are unsafe - Will have a look at those links.

            Thanks for the datasheets guys.

I understand the caution of not opening up pdfs. You can lower the risk in a few ways.

              1) Obviously, keep your AV software up to date.
              2) Download the file first, scan with AV, then open rather than your browser automagically open it.
              3) Use an alternative pdf reader. I use foxit (free) versus Adobe.
              4) Sometimes google will give you an alternative to view the pdf as html.

                Re: Need datasheet for NF836

If you don't have a browser plugin for PDFs installed, it'll popup a download box instead of showing the PDF in the browser on alldatasheet. Only problem is that the file is always just called "datasheet.pdf", so copy the part number before.

I'm using Sumatra PDF (rather lightweight & free)
Haven't had any probs with that one apart from it refusing to open some non-standard (or corrupted?) PDFs

PS: if that matters to anyone, Sumatra PDF versions prior to 0.5 can print PDFs where this is normally blocked (it simply ignored the no-printing flag)

Are there any datasheets available for Elna RJG capacitors?
                  by Ady2017
I have a 2007-era Panasonic VHS combo that is full of of Elna RJG capacitors. I am trying to test the capacitors to diagnose the machine and then select replacement capacitors but I can not find any datasheets for them. I did find a Elna catalogue from 2007-2008 but there is no mention of this capacitor series. Where these specially made for Panasonic and so not made available to the public? Any ideas what to find out what the ESR values should be without the datasheets? They are all between 10V and 50V and 47uF and 1800uF. None are leaking or bulged but I know that they need to be tested to be...

Help finding datasheet for component marked G34662
                  by SoulFreeze
Hi, pulled this component, (I'm assuming it's a MosFET) from an LED COB video light. Im trying to find the datasheet so I can find an equivalent replacement but no luck. Any assistance with the datasheet would be appreciated.

Failing that, a way to pick a suitable replacement component? If it's indeed a switching fet, I'm assuming I might need to measure the switching clock frequency and find a component that meets the power capacity?

Its a pair of them driving a 130w Light. Takes in 19volts. I can borrow a scope to measure the switching freq....

I got a dead HD6950 on Ebay to try my luck and repair it. There were a few broken off capacitors that I already replaced.
Measuring the PCI-E lanes I got somewhat weird measurements, the gpu might or might not be dead.

If I plug the GPU in, the core heats up and I also get VCore but on two inductors that measure 16 and 60 Ohms respectively (Memory and PEX I guess) there is no voltage.
On one of the two buck-controllers (APW7165) the enable pin is pulled to GND and the other controller I just cannot find a datasheet for.

So if anyone has a datasheet or at least...

and I finally fixed this retro game console by soldering varistor and glass fuse.

But I noticed that When I measure voltage of PSU's 5pin connector, it is 8.80-9.07v, 5.13v,3.40-3.48v,GND,GND instead of its rated voltage of 9v 5v 3v GND GND.
                  I have spare console...
