Inductors for front panel HDA audio board EMI filter

My PC case doesn't have front audio jacks in any shape or form and recently this has started to become quite annoying.

I decided I would try to build my own board to hook up... (Attached is the schematic from Intel)

What I don't understand is the part about the inductors for the EMI filter:

"ZL should be 600Ω or greater @ 100MHz with a low Q (broad Impedance
    curve over frequency)"

How am I supposed to work out what exactly I would have to buy?

In practice you can get by without them. However, some devices might not like it. Most cases actually come without such filters, this is why the front panel jacks (especially the mike input) tend to be noisy.

I think I would prefer to have it with the filter if possible to prevent any issues

Maybe I need to read up on Inductors...
