hi all,
hope all safe and sound.
Pleasehelp me my rework machine gives me too much temp variations i have changed the thermocouple it is a K type same issue .The controller board uses a mcu made by cypress CY8C29566.
Does anyone have the same or firmware where i can get it and flash it .

My suggestion is to forward the symptoms to the manufacturer of this equipment in Asia. They should be able to help you. Most likely the firmware will be protected inside the cpu.

However, you may have to wait till they all return from their CNY holidays.

Cypress CY8C27543-24AXI programmer

Hi guys,

I bought faulty Elmasonic S300H ultrasonic cleaner with shorted Cypress microcontroller which I replaced but now machine just turns on with every possible LED on and that's it more or less, it's unresponisive on any button pressed.

I need dump for CY8C27543 which is my 1st problem, other problem is I don't know how to program it and if there's some universal chinese programmer available. I don't want to pay 200USD for original programmer I will probably use once in a lifetime such as Miniprog1 or newer.

If anybody got experience with flashing...

I can buy an Jovy RE-8500 for an decent price, Big question is should i do it since there is no support anymore.
it comes with the software installed on a pc .
Or should i look for something else ?

Fix Thermocouple

I have 3 thermocouples which I bought from Aliexpress has 2 meters long, very inconvenience to use. my question is thermocouple is two metal welded together. can I cut it then weld to make multi thermocouple?

I cut open the one is not working, the wires are separated can I weld it and fix it?...
