How to IT822E-256 dissolder

Hi I'm not able to dissolder this chip...air solder station 380-450° 30 seconds nothing happened...I don't want destroy motherboard. Any tricks? Grazie

go over the pins with leaded solder to lower the melting point of the original tin solder - that i suspect is pure tin!
i'v seen this problem many times while lifting flash chips.
