ACHI IR6500 getting it to work

I tried installing the software that came with this new IR6500 but I get a C++ undefined error so I am stuck with non working software.

Tried downloading this software:

It did not open as well.

Anybody with an IR6500 that can help me out a little bit?

I have the same issue, i tried downloading directly from the ACHI website but it didn't work, I believe there are so many clones of this machine its probably something to do with no being genuine, mine did come with a disk but i need to check what's on that before i write mine off as not working properly.

I setup manually and it works although I don't think it's worth the money. When I set the bottom heater at max of 420 degrees the motherboard only gets to 80 degrees after 20 minutes
