I just want to make sure i'm reading the meter correctly. Most of the caps that have in my box of used caps have an esr reading under 1 omh. But a few of the smaller ones (less than 100uf) have reading in the 2-3 range.
Whats the "rule of thumb" for a low esr cap to be bad? The manual that comes with the meter has a "rough" chart but these readings seem WAY up there.
Thanks
