lcd monitor mgc vt17w7x
i found two transistor shorted by inverter comeing off high voltage transformer.this monitor have two high volt transformer.
here is parts number on transistor one KDQR
sec one is KDQT. both or smd i need cross to a replacement parts

went it came in had bottom back light blinking on an off just two right side
bottom back light
very litte blinking
i foun two transistor shorted
what i need to know is what transistor do need

i found two transistor shorted in inverter board. under bottom by high voltage
transformer.this uint have two high voltage transformer
what i need to know is what transistor,s can i use to replace

Somewhere around is a thread where I chronicled the search for the identity of those parts. KD is Rohm's designation for 2SC4672, the Q designates the high gain version, while the last character is a production or date code of some sort.

I have found the parts on eBay for about $7.00 + shipping, but if you are in the US you may prefer ordering them from Digikey, their stock number 2SC4672T100QCT-ND at $.72 each.

remove c101 100uf at 25 volt it over by t101 high voltage transformer.
and by cn101 cn 107 plug i mark it red in pics change with 100uf at 50 volt must be 105c rate cap do not use a 85c cap it will not last.
clean all gule off of board best you can. i found at cap was bent over and gule
cross too of jumpers went replace put cap c101 back in up right don't
bent it cross the jumpers you have to bent jumper litte bit fit cap up right.
res i telling all of you i thanks at what shorted out Q112 and Q113.both are under board, mark in blue
by inverter. went place transistors replace 4 of him. you have two more by t102 high voltage transformer
Q115 and Q116 under board.
are mark KDQR and KDQT all 4 same transistors npn replace with 2sc4672 or 2SC4672Q.order from digikey.
after bill told me what number i need i had 4 KDQP.i hop this help all you guy out they.
