if you have no power ck diode d851 on power/invert board. remove from board
FR107m is same fr107

round the nvidia video chip on m/b to round 270 deg.
i had done dv6000 laptop mother board. and that fix him.
i did this too a dell c521 no post. fix it to it had a nvidia 6100 chips set

must be replace with 105cm capacitors
heat will kill 85cm will stop working
105cm temp is 105 deg just look capacitors marking 85 no good
105 good tv used lot of 85cm capacitors

The 5 capacitors that need to be replaced are shown on the right circled in yellow. The values and positions are as follows: C303 is 220uf 25volt, C261 is 470uf 25 volt, C241 and C244 are 1000uf 10volt and C242 is 470uf 10volt. Remember to install the replacement capacitors with the polarity stripe going the same direction as the old ones come out.

you will have to remove m/b to replace it.
jack round 5.00 dollar some have free shiping on ebay
if do this make sure do not pull round pin at go th m/b
out are mi have buy new m/b. are take it some one at solder good.
Mostly the problem is the DC power jack broken or burned. push out back
Now you just need replace the broken/burned DC power jack to save your entire motherboard!

strange display mi be bad lcd screen.
ck all cap sec time round to make sure. some of your old cap mi be bad.
do you have ESR meter, you can ck all of you cap on board.
if not buy one it will help you down road.
would p.s look see if p/s board have ic part number 203d6

remove c101 100uf at 25 volt it over by t101 high voltage transformer.
and by cn101 cn 107 plug i mark it red in pics change with 100uf at 50 volt must be 105c rate cap do not use a 85c cap it will not last.
clean all gule off of board best you can. i found at cap was bent over and gule
cross too of jumpers went replace put cap c101 back in up right don't
bent it cross the jumpers you have to bent jumper litte bit fit cap up right.
