Be warned, what has been provided is not 820-00840 but in fact 820-00875

What a strange subtle difference between two 2016 and 2017 models, huh. I realized they're so different when failed to found two elements on the schematics I've got 8-) Thanks, mate!

Yes, only the 2016 820-00875 schematics/boardview are available, not the 2017 820-00840. The 2017 at least has an additional chip PI3USB32224BXEAE near USB-C ports that can sometimes fail.

This is schematics and boardview for 820-00875 not 820-00840 (not available). PI3USB32224BXEAE is only present on 820-00840 not 820-00875.

I do not get it. Why is everyone saying thanks to something that is wrong???? because the schematic that has been provided is for 820-00875 and NOT the 820-00840.

can't the mod's edit the thread title to ammend it?
