Hello. I am trying to repair a Vizio E32-C1 dead set. When I plug the set up, I don't get the standby led. So I assumed it was the power supply. Tested it and the standby voltage wasn't present. So I've ordered numerous power supplies (715G6934-P01-001-002H) and all of them have no standby voltage present, even with just the power supply plugged in. Am I getting bad boards or does this particular set generates its standby voltage from a different source. Anyone familiar with this particular set and power supply, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Show us the whole back side of the TV so we can see all the boards.
This power supply only has 12V output, the 5V section is not used so the parts for the 5V power supply section is not stuffed with parts as you can see.
PS-ON is not used either.Last edited by budm; 09-20-2019, 10:15 AM.Never stop learning

Re: Vizio E32-C1 No Standy Voltage
I can't imagine all your boards having the same problem but on some of these e model vizios the rectifier diode/s short out, causing a dead board. I'll leave this BUT I got my threads mixed up, was thinking you had a completely dead board so this doesn't apply here.Last edited by nomoresonys; 09-20-2019, 12:11 PM.

Re: Vizio E32-C1 No Standy Voltage
Power board is sending the 12V to run the main board, since you do not even getting the Standby LED to come on so you have something going with your main board but I cannot tell you where to check on your main board since we do not have the pictures of the boards.Never stop learning
