Yes, if you tell me the model the board came from, I may be able to find out what resistor to use.

If you ordered it from Flattvparts, they would tell you what TV it came from.

Tom I mounted one fan but again turns off

fan works but I can not measure the resistance of fan

                update

this motor(fan) is brusless fan maybe that's why off

The yellow wire needs to stay low, I believe, on this set, a normal computer fan will pulse the yellow wire. Try disconnecting yellow and forcing it low with a 100~470 ohm resistor.

the fan is not PC ,it is dvd fan and have two wires red and blacк
definitely not suitable for this board

OK, you need to connect the unconnected terminal on connector to GND with 100~470 ohm to trick the board into thinking it has a fan and the fan is working well.

You only connected two wires to that three pin connector right? On the pin you didn't connect, wire a 100 ohm to 470 ohm resistor to the ground wire, this should trick the TV into thinking the fan is always running.

By its position, I'd say that's more likely to be an output for a subwoofer or speaker somewhere on the different version.

                                  Any other similar connectors?

Look, the LV4921 is definitely an audio amplifier, and that connector is for the fan. Panasonic fan use three pins, with wires of red, black and yellow. It MAY be that the signal is routed through the power supply, SC board or SS board - it is on some models.

I did not have any 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors but one nice thing is that it has enough room for two capacitors in parallel a 22uf and a 4.7uf @ 50 volts 22 plus 4.7 equals 26.7uf which so very close to 27uf I will show some pictures of it sometime tomorrow

I have a Panasonic TC-P54VT25 that will power on and prime the display but there is no image at all.

The panel is primed as there is a slight glow from the entire panel. This means the problem should be logic related. The service manual also confirms this and recommends replacing the A or the D board.

My old plasma died when one night recently. When I got to it it was giving a 3.3v sos (3 blinks).
I chased my way through the PSU, and a board, with no results.
Replacing a few bulged caps in the PSU, I eventually got to the SC board that had piles of shorts, a quick cheap replacement from china and the tv powers up again, except

now the c3 board running this side of the screen has its 3.3 and 5v onto the buffer ic and its got the 60v, so that all seems good.
                                            all the other voltage rails...
