Could not upgrade to windows 10

So after finding out my sisters computer with windows 10 was able to run the old MS Games I thought I would upgrade/downgrade to windows 10 as the internet might work better for all involved. After trying it myself and getting stuck in updates screen I then chatted with 2 different Microsoft suppose technicians. I gave them complete remote access and there only solution was my processor was not supported NX. When they loaded it last time without my permission it loaded and restarted. The processor is a Intel T9400 so what do you think?

So that site the download does absolutely nothing except take you name, email and telephone number, but nothing works once downloaded and installed. Right now I am trying to uninstall Mega Back-up which comes with the IT service desk. It has been uninstalling for over 1/2 hour I will give it another 1/2 hour then I will stop it ans uninstall the IT service Manager.

Sorry Keeney, i thought it had links to the genuine microsoft tool, which does exist.
It checks and verifies if you are Windows compatible.

Just for information:
I run one pc with windows 10 64bit on a nvidia i680 motherboard with a P4 pentium D (socket775) 4GB ram without a problem, this was an update from windows 7 ultimate 64bit. when not playing with the windows 10 install I put the windows 7 hard drive back in

Check your BIOS to make sure NX is enabled. If 64-bit Win8.1 or Win10 won't boot at all, I recommend that you read:

So I have been able to uninstall every program but Mega backup. Gets to 99% and stays there. I have gone into programs and they don't have an uninstall program. I have enabled security for everything, but owner/ operator of program only has special permissions. I can not simple delete it. So now I have to figure a way to do this. So this is bunch of crap. No wonder why Microsoft is failing.

It's OK as it is not your mistake, but is all these other services that do not know what they are doing and they want to have one go on the cloud. Can you imagine how screwed up they could make ones life doing that?

So I had to take ownership in order to uninstall Mega Backup. I do not think it was a scam it is just the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing because we can't let other people know what we are doing as they might steal something or get it for free. And who knows then computers would make life easier for people to live and we don't want that.

Here's the thing, fixing it will take 2x the time to reinstall. You don't know what ad/mal/etcware these guys pulled down. In the time it takes to clean and verify you could reinstall and restore from backup. Even if you do clean and verify, you don't know what damage was done. You may be reinstalling down the road anyway.
