A sort of: schematics are intended for authorized tech service only; moreover, nowadays almost nobody repairs at single component level, you usually replace the damaged part so detailed schematics aren't that useful for assistance, unfortunately can be vital for hobbists. I think only tv manifacturers offer a board schematic with their products.

Piu' o meno: solo l'assistenza autorizzata dovrebbe avere gli schemi; inoltre quasi nessuno ripara il singolo componente danneggiato, di solito si sostituisce il pezzo guasto quindi l'utilita' di schemi circuitali dettagliati e' dubbia per l'assistenza, ma e' sfortunatamente vitale per gli apassionati. Penso che solo le tv siano vendute con lo schema della scheda.

schematics for anything seem to be rare these days, computer especially
lest wise as far as the net generally is concerned.
(excluding torrent newsgroups etc here)

you best bet is to post a photo and hope someone can identify what part you are asking about or alternatively.

Try tracing chip numbers if you can locate a PDF for the chip you stand a chance of possibly working out how it functions.
The real down side here is that multi layer PCB make it had to know what exactly connects to what.
(that could be harder being a lap top, where maybe more likely some in house number is used)

Maybe you have already tried this, so ergo the post for a technical manual

If you require a part number then I guess you will have to contact HP and see if you can get a part list or something
I suppose that would depend on how much of a closed shop they are with regard to tech stuff in relation to the public.
(That I dont know)

I fear schematics aren't available: you can find service manuals (a troubleshooting and disassembly guide), both for free or for money, but not board designs as they are a sort of "industrial secret".
Anyway I won't discourage you: someone shares your same trouble and posted something on zd7000forums. He found only the ic schematics and had to trace down the board by hand: perhaps he will help you if you email him.
I'm sorry I can't help you more, this exceeds my knowledge.

Temo che gli schemi che cerchi non siano disponibili: trovi i service manual, per risolvere i problemi e smontare il portatile, sia gratis che a pagamento, ma non troverai mai i progetti della scheda perche' sono un segreto industriale o qualcosa di simile.
Comunque niente paura: qualcun'altro si e' imbattuto nel tuo stesso problema e ne ha parlato su zd7000forums. Ha trovato solo le specifiche dell'integrato, qindi ha dovuto seguire le piste sulla scheda: se gli mandi una email, forse puo' aiutarti.
Mi spiace non poterti aiutare di piu', non ho le conoscenze adatte per farlo.

Ora ho in riparazione un'altro laptop ZD8369ea che si è spento al'improvviso e non si è piu acceso sembra morto non si accendono i led di segnalazione

@ marketta: the notebook seems dead because it won't turn on, nor leds?
It may be a power related problem: check if it start with only a charged battery inserted. If it does start, check if power connector is loose or even detached from motherboard, because this prevents the computer to be powered and the battery to be charged of course: usually you can solder the connector or buy a replacement.
If it doesn't boot at all and you're sure both psu and battery are in working state, then check the mainboard: the 8300 series is based on the 8000 one, so I fear it may share the same design defect. I found no useful information, so post any relevant photo about the motherboard.

Il portatile sembra morto perche' non sia avvia ne' i led si accendono?
Potrebbere essere un problema di alimentazione: provalo con solo la batteria carica. Se si accende, controlla se lo spinotto di alimentazione sulla scheda madre balla oppure e' staccato, perche' impedisce l'alimentazione e la ricarica della batteria: in genere puoi risaldarlo in posizione o comprare un ricambio.
Se non parte e sei sicuro che sia l'alimentatore che la batteria funzionano, allora controlla la scheda madre: la serie 8300 e' basata sula 8000, temo che possa condividere gli stessi difetti di progettazione. Non ho trovato nulla di utile, quindi posta qualche foto della scheda.

2) I have tried with the loaded battery but it doesn't turn on equally
3) the integrated 4407 are not broken
4) not having an electric scheme I cannot go on
5) I have tried with another CPU it is equal it doesn't turn on
6) I am trying the motherboard with power supply, card frontal leds, card of lighting, (I have not connected RAM, DVD, HD, Keyboard and other cards because however they are had to turn on the frontal leds)
I think there is some open component or in short-circuit but with the multimeter I don't succeed in individualizing.
if you can tell me some other test I would be thankful of it

2) io ho tentato con la batteria caricata ma non accende ugualmente

4) non avendo un schema elettrico io non posso seguire
5) io ho tentato con un altra CPU ma è uguale non accende
6) io sto provando la motherboard con alimentazione elettrica, scheda leds frontale, scheda di accendere (io non ho connesso RAM , DVD, HD, Tastiera e le altre schede, perché comunque si devono accendere il leds frontali)
Io penso c'è del componente aperto o in cortocircuito ma col multimeter io non riesco nell'individualizzare.
se Lei può dirmi dell'altra prova io ne sarei grato

@ marketta: first clear obviuos doubts: clear the cmos by removing the button battery for about 20-30 mins, then inspect the motherboard for obvious damages (unstable or "cold" weldings, broken tracks, shortcircuited pins, capacitors and so on).

Then begin troubleshooting: you need to hear motherboard beeps, which are complains, to make sure the board is functioning: some motherboards don't have a beeper (a 0.4" cylinder) onboard but use the audio codec instead.
Just to be sure, connect to the mainboard only an external monitor (use the vga port), the cpu with the heatsink (plug the fan cable inside its socket, otherwise the bios think the fan is defective and hangs at boot), the keyboard (checked at boot), the led card and the audio module, then plug an head- or earphone into the audio jack and power the motherboard: if the motherboard beeps, it means it recognizes the lack of ram so there is a fault after ram check, perhaps an onboard integrate. If it doesn't beep, there is something preventing the ram from being initialized: being the ram is one of first components tested, this is a big issue ranging from a corrupted bios to phisical damage or broken components. A correct diagnosys may be really hard or even impossible without schematics, an online one is even more harder: however if neither the fan does spin, the trouble is serious, I think power related.

Chiariamo i dubbi palesi: azzera la cmos togliendo la batteria al lito per circa 20-30 minuti, poi controlla la scheda madre per guasti evidenti (saldature instabili o fredde, tracce rotte, pin di integrati in corto circuito, condensatori ecc).

Poi inizia il troubleshooting: per sapere se la scheda madre funziona bisogna sentirne i beep, i lamenti; alcune schede non hanno un cicalino (un cilindro di un centimetro di diametro) ma usano il chip audio in genere presente su una scheda a parte.
Per essere certi di sentirlo, collega alla scheda madre un monitor esterno (tramite la porta vga), il processore con il dissipatore (non dimenticare di colleare il cavo dela ventola alla scheda, altrimenti il bios pensa che la ventola sia rotta e blocca l'avvio), la tastiera (e' controllata all'avvio), la scheda con i led e la scheda audio, poi inseriscici una cuffia o un'auricolare: se senti il beep, allora la scheda madre rileva l'assenza della ram e il problema e' a valle, forse in un integrato della scheda; se non lo senti, qualcosa impedisce il controllo della ram: essendo la ram uno dei primi componenti inizializzati dal bios, il problema e' grave e spazia da un bios guasto fino ad un danno fisico o componenti andati. Una diagnosi corretta e' quindi molto difficile o pure impossibile senza lo schema della scheda madre, figuriamoci una diagnosi a distanza: comunque se non parte nemmeno la ventola, il guasto e' serio, penso legato all'alimentazione.
