      Sub-25 dollars? That's virtually impossible in the computer parts world for brand new stuff, unless it was a pen drive, CDs or DVDs.

        It wasn't for computer parts.

        A credit card would not have mattered. The policy of the bank carrying the account is what matters.

          It would over here, my main CC is not from my bank and they seem to be more interested in fraudulent transactions than the banks.
