Predator power

I finally found a power supply for my Predator cd-rw drive but now I need to mod the plug to accept the power cord.
I found the ground but for the 5v and 12v pins I am still lost. I don't dare want to try just going pin by pin. I would rather not burn the drive out.

are you serious that the external power would be both 5v and 12v?

5V/12Vdc 1.0/.75A

The soclet looks familiar to that on the external jazz drives. They might have the same pinout.
