need help identifying an smd component to repair a carver remote control

hi does someone know what kind of smd this is?
one picture has a red circle, there was the defective component soldered.

I would guess that it is a dual diode, in the last picture lower left is a sot23-3 with only two pins used, if it has the same number as the others that would suggest a dual diode.
