If you think FF or chrome or chromium is bad, get ready for IE to come to Linux http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2013/09/m...r-coming-linux
As I remember maxathon is just an IE wrapper....

Sometimes you need to break shit to fix it.... Thats why my lawnmower doesn't have a deadman switch or engine brake anymore

I use chrome on my windows stuff and chromium on my arch installs... the only reason is because I'm too lazy to use AUR.

Nope, from what I'm seeing it's now it's own browser. More Cloud horsecrap. No thanks.

I use x64 FF aka. Waterfox on my main system and either FF or Midori (webkit without bloatware) on my Asus transformer with Ubuntu 13.04.

I also have other browsers installed on my main PC for web development purposes.

In Firefox you can get a configuration page by entering this into the address bar:

                  about:config

In Chrome, this gives you a page with links to many browser settings:

                  about:about

Or you can go directly to the Chrome features page with this:

                  about:flags

Thanks Time2Retire; i just discovered that the desktop that has those Tabs as shown in my video similar to IE are on XUBUNTU desktop with XFCE4 in firefox, that's what i have in my ubuntu 12.04 and xubuntu 12.04 the xfce4 xubuntu desktop,so if i change the desktop to unity in ubuntu 12.04 i lose those options too even in firefox.
that's why when i installed the chrome i lost those tabs in both xubuntu and ubuntu, there maybe a way to get those but i think i'm gonna stick with XFCE4 desktop unless some bad happens,

Also want to add that my Debian Wheezy 7.1 PPC also have those tab pages option out of the box.

You mean i should get Google Chome instead of Chrominum?

Also found out that the Minimize Pages button to the taskbar have nothing to do with the browsers but rather the Desktop ,i installed the gnome classic instead of Unity and i have the minimize page in the taskbar, it's gnome2.the gnome3 doesn't have the minimize button,or i say it has it but it wont do the same.

Based on the link at the bottom, that is spam.

I would keep using Chromium if it doesn't have as much advertising or the automatic updates.

Hi guys today i installed Google chrome stable in place of Chrominum
and i must say that it's very good and works great so far,

Also i tried Xubuntu-Desktop and i must say it's even better then Gnome2 Classic, now i have one more Desktop installed to choose from, all i have to do is Log out and choose, so far nothing is out of order in Ubuntu12.04lts so far.

check this screen shot of Xubuntu Desktop.
