In Win Commander III PSU

I've got that PSU running my main system - as far as I know it uses this fan:

it's really noisy, what can I do?

He probably doesn't want to void the warranty on it. But honestly it shouldn't be that loud at all. Loud as in it's spinning fast or loud as in it sounds like the bearing is going bad??

The warranty is already voided. It's Oklahoma Wolf's review sample.

It's a ball bearing fan, so I doubt if the bearings are wrecked yet. It could well be the fan curve. Another fan may very well be just as loud.

Ohhh Wolf's sample, awesome just replace it. I may get crap for this but I love Yate Loon's 120/140mm fans, I would replace it with one of those

Those three are probably about your only options as 135mm fans are very hard to source. I always try to avoid PSUs with 135mm fans specifically for that reason. If you go with a sleeve bearing fan, then I'd make sure it has plenty of lubricant (and top it up if necessary) before installing it.
